Refund Policy
Ineligible for Refunds:
Canceled or rescheduled sessions less than 24 hours before your session starts are NOT eligible for a refund.
No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
For any technical issues (including, but not limited to, audio/video malfunctions) during the session, the opportunity will be given to you to reschedule your appointment. Refunds are not accepted.
Partial Refunds:
If you are unable to be hypnotized, the opportunity to reschedule your appointment will be available to you.
If you do not want to reschedule for another session, a partial refund of $100 will be granted back to the client.
Full Refunds:
Cancelled or rescheduled appointments up to 24 hours before your appointment start time are eligible for a full refund.
If for any reason during the first 30 minutes of the consultation, the hypnosis professional feels you are not a suitable candidate for hypnosis, a full refund will be given. If for any reason the client feels they are not a suitable candidate for hypnosis, a full refund will be given.
If your Hypnosis Professional cancels for any reason, a full refund will be granted.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Hypnosis session, a full refund will be given within 7 days of purchase.
*Refunds take 5 – 10 Days to appear on a customer’s statement.
